Start Up Your Fitness Challenge is a 4 week workout challenge.
In the pdf, you will find:
- 5 workouts a week (2 x lower body, 2 x upper body, HIIT & ABS)
- All images and explanations for each exercise
- A workout tracker to log your reps and weight
- A workout calendar that shows you when to complete each workout
- Progress Comparison Sheet to track your progress before and after the challenge
- Home based due to the current pandemic
Equipment needed for this challenge: 2 dumbbells (or 2 x 1.5L water bottles) and a short resistance band.
N.B. This is not a 1:1 Coaching service with support, but a PDF guide (35 pages) with 4 weeks of workouts to get you started on your fitness journey!
